Sago (chowwari) pudding

This is a very simple recipe and I am sure we can come up with a lot of variations to make it great. I just made this with what was available in my store.

Sago - 1 and 1/2 cups . (soak for an hour and cook till the granules double in size . )
Condensed milk -1 tin
Warm milk - 1 tbsp (must not be hot - just warm)
Gelatin - 1 satchel
Vanilla essence - few drops
Chopped cashew or pistachio nuts - 1/2 cup

Drain the water from the sago granules. Dissolve the gelatin into the warm milk till all the granules dissolve.
Now add the gelatin to the sago, pour in the condensed milk, and the Vanilla essence. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.

Sprinkle the crushed cashews or pista n serve.
